Integral polyurethane: composed of a closed cell foam covered with a compact surface skin, available in different densities.
Offers high resistance to impact and compression, dimensional stability, low water absorption and is soft to the touch.
Flexible polyurethane: composed of an open cell foam covered with a surface skin, available in different densities. It offers thermal resistance and sound
Rigid polyurethane: composed of a foam with different densities which is used in all those cases requiring thermal insulation and sound absorption, or to create reinforcing structures between one part and another to give a product the necessary stability and also actual structural parts.
Structural polyurethane: composed of a foam with different densities that enables the production of structural aesthetic components without the use of supporting metal frames. This feature makes it possible to combine structural technical needs with elegant, stylish and complex shapes.
This technology guarantees technical and functional characteristics (attachments, supports, etc.) comparable to those from injection moulding but with the advantage of being ideal for use in small production runs with low investment costs.
Pneumatic Viscoelastic: composed of a closed cell foam covered with a surface skin, available in different densities. It offers a velvety touch which is not particularly sensitive to variations in temperature and gives a “Pneumatic” lift to the touch by slowly giving back the body the push from its heart.
Viscoelastic Fresh: composed of an open cell foam covered with a surface skin, available in different densities. It offers complete breathability giving your body the chance to lie down and enjoy the healthiest and best hypoallergenic conditions. As soon as it comes into contact with your body, this fantastic material adapts to every form and shape like a soft embrace.
It has the same technical characteristics as the Pneumatic Viscoelastic but with the addition of these additional features:
100% breathable product (open cell)
Self-modelling and non-deformable.
A Fresh effect given by cellular conformation and complete transpiration.
